Returns And Exchanges
No returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
The following items will not be accepted for return:
· Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
· Products categorized as intimate or sanitary goods.
· Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases or devices that may have contained any type of fuel such as (and may not be limited to) lanterns and camp stoves.
Additional non-returnable items:
· Gift cards.
· Downloadable software products
· Some health and personal care items
· Books with obvious signs of use
· Open computer or video media such as, but not limited to, CD or DVD.
· Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to vendor or manufacturing error.
· Any item more than 30 days after delivery.
Returns:
· Require a receipt copy or proof of purchase.
· Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
· There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, the vendor will send the purchaser an email to notify you of receipt of returned item (s) and notice of the approval or of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of item receipt.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund within the 30-day expectation, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If there is no resolve, please return to the Mycampingpros.com website and leave us a message on our contact page.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you wish to exchange the item for the same item, please go to our contact us page to send us a message to receive instructions.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you, the purchaser, will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift-giver.
Shipping:
· You will be responsible for shipping fees for returned items.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable.
· Refunded items are at the cost of the item less the return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
